A Guy Says His Meth Is Actually Salt Treatment for His Ingrown Toenail

I guess you've got to appreciate the improv skills here?

A 47-year-old guy named John Combs from West Monroe, Louisiana was stopped walking down the middle of a road at 4:25 A.M. on Tuesday with a large stick.

The cop patted him down for other weapons, and found a plastic Walmart bag in his pocket with a clear, crystal powder in it.

But John said it wasn't drugs . . . it was a salt treatment for his ingrown toenail.

Unfortunately for him, the cop had the powder tested . . . and it turned out to be meth.

John was arrested for possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
