The cops in Largo, Florida were investigating a suspected child abuse call against a 24-year-old woman named Casey Quoka last Wednesday night.
And when they were looking through her house, they saw a line of cocaine and a straw on top of her three-year-old son's copy of"The Cat in the Hat".
She was arrested on charges of felony child neglect and felony child abuse, and could be facing more drug charges.
